1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags and accessories attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
2. How to Start a Return
- Visit our Returns page and enter your order number
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason
- Submit your return request
- We will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions
3. Return Shipping
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will be provided.
- Change of Mind / No Longer Needed: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (PayPal)
- Partial Refunds: May be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Late or Missing Refunds: Contact your bank or PayPal first, as processing times vary. If you still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@walnutfish.com
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please start a return request and indicate that you would like an exchange. For size or color changes, please place a new order and return the original item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Clear photos showing the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. International Returns
For international orders, return shipping and any associated customs duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please mark returned items as "Returned Goods" on customs forms to avoid additional charges.
